Robert Dallmann brings a wealth of quality experience to RWD Enterprises.  In a chemistry lab, he was the chemical lab technologist in charge of the quality assurance program for the quality control lab.  The lab monitored processing of chemicals from the raw materials to the final product.

Robert has also managed call center quality assurance specialists in diverse locations (including the USA and a team in Mumbai India simultaneously.)

He has developed quality monitoring applications, as well as the attributes that were to be monitored.
